“In today’s environment, digital transformation isn’t defined by intent, it’s proven through execution,” said Scott Rottmann, President of Consulting Services at RGP. “Danielle understands that program leadership today requires more than process oversight; it requires strategic judgment, technical depth, and the ability to guide organizations through complexity. Her experience leading global implementations for some of the world’s largest enterprises strengthens our ability to deliver digital transformation with confidence and accountability.”

In her new role, Custalow will lead RGP’s digital and technology delivery, overseeing complex, global implementations that align technology strategy with operational impact. Under her leadership, RGP will continue modernizing its delivery framework, shifting beyond conventional Project Management Office (PMO) models toward embedded, technically sophisticated teams that surface risk early, align diverse stakeholders, and drive execution across business and technology. This approach emphasizes adaptability, accountability, and measurable impact across the lifecycle of large-scale digital programs.

Custalow brings deep expertise in large-scale program and project management, having led global, cross-functional teams across highly complex digital transformation initiatives. Prior to joining RGP, Custalow built and scaled high-performing program teams at ICF, delivering enterprise-wide implementations for Fortune 50 and Global 100 organizations. Her experience spans navigating executive stakeholders, mitigating risk across multi-year programs, and driving on-time, on-budget outcomes in dynamic client environments.

“Implementing technology is about more than timelines and milestones,” said Custalow. “It’s about understanding organizational behavior, aligning leadership, managing risk early, and building systems that work in the real world. I’m excited to continue expanding RGP’s ability to deliver complex programs that create lasting impact for our clients.”
