In addition to the Silver Star, the Colorado destination received a Bronze Star in the Best Medium-Sized List– The Americas category.

Star Wine List, often regarded as the Michelin Guide of wine, recognizes newly opened restaurants in its Best Newcomer List - The Americas category that demonstrate exceptional vision, quality, and execution from day one. Finalist recognition places Roth’s Sea & Steak among a select group of new destinations across North and South America recognized for thoughtful wine curation and a standout guest experience.
