(OTCQX: CPTP) announced that at its regular quarterly meeting held on January 28, 2026, the Board of Directors increased its regular quarterly dividend by $0.02 (two cents) per share resulting in a regular quarterly dividend of $0.09 (nine cents) per share on the Company's outstanding Class A Common Shares (6,599,912) payable on February 20, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 6, 2026.
