The expanded ramen lineup follows the breakout success of Chili Garlic Ramen, one of the most successful menu launches in Noodles & Company history. The limited-time dish brought more than 150,000 new guests to the brand, reinforcing what Noodles has known for more than 30 years: There are endless ways to experience a great bowl of noodles.

The new lineup showcases the versatility of ramen noodles through three brothless bowls featuring globally inspired sauces, fresh vegetables, and satisfying proteins:
Gochujang Carbonara Ramen Noodles: Korean heat meets Italian comfort in an unexpected fusion featuring ramen noodles sautéed in a creamy gochujang-Parmesan carbonara sauce with bacon, napa cabbage and red cabbage, finished with grated Parmesan, Asian spice blend, and parsley.
Sweet Sesame Steak Ramen Noodles: Savory meets sweet with ramen noodles sautéed with marinated steak, carrots, and red peppers, then finished with sesame seeds and cilantro for a satisfying balance of flavor and texture.
Spicy Korean Steak Ramen Noodles: A ramen twist on the longtime guest favorite Spicy Korean Steak Noodles, this brothless bowl pairs ramen noodles with marinated steak, napa cabbage, red cabbage, and spinach in a sweet and spicy Korean-style gochujang barbecue sauce, topped with cucumber, scallions, and cilantro.
