("Legacy Education" or the "Company") (NYSE American: LGCY), a leading provider of career education healthcare programs, today announced its expansion into Texas with a new Central Coast College campus in Houston. The Company has signed a lease for an approximately 28,000-square-foot facility located at 10496 Katy Freeway, with plans to open during the Company's second fiscal quarter of 2027.
The Houston campus will mark Legacy Education's entry into the Texas market and extend the Central Coast College brand beyond its longtime home in Salinas, California. Founded in 1983, Central Coast College provides career-focused education in allied health, nursing, veterinary and other healthcare-related fields.
The new Houston location will offer a range of career training programs like those currently offered at Central Coast College in Salinas, subject to applicable regulatory and accrediting approvals.

The new campus will be designed to support both classroom instruction and hands-on training, with labs and learning spaces tailored to Central Coast College's career-focused programs.
