The audit, performed by Intertek CEA -- a leading independent quality assurance and supply chain risk provider to the solar industry -- evaluated TOYO's Texas facility across a broad range of criteria, including certifications, employee management, incoming material handling, production process controls, and finished product quality systems. The assessment covered the facility's systems and conditions at that time and does not constitute a product certification or a guarantee of future production quality.
