TORONTO, Oct. 8, 2026 /CNW/ -- Summit Royalties Ltd. (TSXV: SUM) (OTCQX: SUMMF) ("Summit" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has entered into certain marketing and investor relations agreements (collectively, the "Agreements"). The Agreements are intended to broaden awareness of Summit and its royalty and streaming portfolio among investors.
DK Capital Partners
The Corporation has entered into a services agreement (the "DKCP Agreement") with 15605237 Canada Inc., operating as DK Capital Partners ("DKCP" or "DKCP Capital Partners"), pursuant to which DKCP will provide Summit with investor outreach, marketing and investor relations services, including arranging and facilitating meetings with investors and investment professionals and producing digital media content. DK Capital Partners is a boutique investor relations and capital advisory firm based in Montreal, Quebec, controlled by Daniel Kozel.
The DKCP Agreement is effective as of October 8, 2026 and has an initial term of up to four months, following which the Corporation may renew the agreement on a month-to-month basis for up to an additional 12 months. In consideration for the services under the DKCP Agreement, the Corporation will pay DKCP C$30,000, plus applicable taxes, of which C$22,500 was paid upon execution and C$7,500 is payable on the earlier of December 8, 2026 and completion of 50% of the contemplated meetings with investors and investment professionals.
The DKCP Agreement also provides for the grant to DK Capital Partners of 35,000 options to purchase common shares of the Corporation, exercisable for five years from the date of grant at C$1.48 per share and vesting over 12 months, with 25% vesting at each three-month interval following the date of grant.
DK Capital Partners is unrelated and unaffiliated with the Corporation and, to the knowledge of the Corporation, other than the options described above, neither DKCP nor any of its principals has any interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Corporation.
ML Center
The Corporation has entered into a sponsored content collaboration agreement (the "ML Center Agreement") with AlgoTrading AB, operating as ML Center ("ML Center"), pursuant to which ML Center will provide marketing and promotional services to Summit, including the production and publication of a sponsored video interview featuring the Corporation and the distribution and promotion of such content through ML Center's online platforms and community. ML Center operates out of Kungsängen, Sweden and provides digital media and promotional services through its online platforms.
The ML Center Agreement is effective as of October 8, 2026 (the "ML Effective Date") and will remain in effect until the parties have fully performed their respective obligations thereunder, with the content delivery period expected to be approximately one month. In consideration for the services under the ML Center Agreement, the Corporation will pay ML Center a one-time fee of US$15,000, plus applicable taxes, payable within 20 calendar days of the ML Effective Date.
ML Center is an unrelated and unaffiliated entity to the Corporation and, to the knowledge of the Corporation, ML Center and its principals collectively hold an aggregate of 12,300 common shares of the Corporation.
Natural Resource Stocks
The Corporation has entered into a services agreement (the "NRS Agreement") with Galt Consulting Group, operating as NaturalResourceStocks.net ("NRS"), pursuant to which NRS will provide investor relations and promotional services to Summit, including conducting and distributing management interviews, providing sponsor recognition and banner advertising through NRS's online platforms and conducting email outreach to NRS's investor network. NRS operates out of Atlanta, Georgia and is an investor media network focused on the natural resource sector.
The NRS Agreement has a term of six months, commencing on October 8, 2026. In consideration for the services under the NRS Agreement, the Corporation will pay NRS a one-time fee of US$28,000, inclusive of applicable taxes, following the execution of the NRS Agreement.
NRS is an unrelated and unaffiliated entity to the Corporation and, to the knowledge of the Corporation, neither NRS nor any of its principals has an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the Corporation.
The Agreements remain subject to regulatory approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
