(OTCID: NALG) (the "Company"), a U.S.-focused lithium, gold, beryllium, and critical minerals exploration company, is pleased to announce the completion of the third phase of advanced airborne hyperspectral target refinement at its 100%-owned Midnight Owl Project located within Arizona's historic White Picacho Pegmatite District.
The interpretation, completed by internationally recognized remote sensing expert David Coulter, PhD, focused on identifying hydrothermal alteration signatures prospective for gold mineralization across the Company's expanding land position.
The program identified a total of seven priority gold exploration targets, consisting of five discrete Target Points and two larger corridor-scale Target Traverses, significantly expanding the Company's understanding of the district's precious metals potential while providing multiple high-priority targets for future field verification and drill planning.
Seven Priority Gold Exploration Targets Identified
The advanced hyperspectral refinement program identified seven priority exploration targets distributed across the Midnight Owl Project.
These consist of:
- Five Target Points – Discrete, localized hyperspectral anomalies representing individual exploration targets.
- Two Target Traverses – Larger corridor-scale exploration targets characterized by numerous clustered hyperspectral responses interpreted to follow favorable geological and structural trends.
While Target Points represent localized exploration opportunities, the Target Traverses encompass broader hydrothermal alteration systems containing multiple clustered spectral responses, making them separate higher-order exploration targets.

Property-Wide Gold Exploration Model
Unlike traditional exploration methods that often focus on isolated occurrences, hyperspectral analysis allows multiple alteration signatures to be evaluated simultaneously across an entire district.
The seven priority targets identified during this program establish a diversified exploration pipeline spanning multiple areas of the Company's land package. Together, these targets demonstrate the presence of numerous hydrothermal alteration systems that warrant additional geological investigation.
The Company believes this systematic approach substantially enhances exploration efficiency by prioritizing future field programs toward the highest-confidence targets generated through airborne spectral analysis.
Target Traverse A – Priority Hydrothermal Corridor
In addition to the five Target Points, detailed interpretation identified Target Traverse A, one of two major corridor-scale exploration targets generated during the refinement program.
Target Traverse A is characterized by numerous clustered hyperspectral responses distributed throughout a continuous alteration corridor extending across multiple claims. Rather than representing a single anomaly, the traverse reflects a broader hydrothermal system where multiple alteration signatures occur along an interpreted structural trend.
The density and continuity of the spectral responses make Target Traverse A one of the Company's highest-priority gold exploration targets for future geological mapping, surface sampling, structural interpretation, and drill planning.

Target Traverse B – Second Priority Hydrothermal Corridor
The refinement program also identified Target Traverse B, representing a second independent corridor-scale exploration target elsewhere on the property.
Target Traverse B contains multiple concentrated clusters of high-confidence hyperspectral responses distributed along a favorable geological trend. Similar to Target Traverse A, the spectral continuity suggests a larger hydrothermal alteration corridor rather than an isolated mineral occurrence.
The identification of a second major traverse demonstrates that the Midnight Owl Project hosts multiple large-scale hydrothermal systems, further expanding the Company's exploration potential beyond individual Target Points.

Additional Target Points
Beyond the two Target Traverses, the hyperspectral refinement program identified five discrete Target Points distributed across the property.
Each Target Point represents an individual localized alteration anomaly identified through airborne hyperspectral analysis and provides an additional exploration opportunity for future field verification.
These Target Points may represent isolated mineralized systems, structural splays, or extensions of larger hydrothermal trends that have yet to be fully understood through field investigation.
Together with the two Target Traverses, they provide a robust portfolio of exploration targets across the Company's land package.
The Company intends to integrate the hyperspectral interpretation with ongoing geological mapping, structural analysis, historical mine data, and geochemical sampling to further prioritize exploration activities.
Future work is expected to include:
- Geological mapping of all seven priority targets
- Surface rock and soil geochemical sampling
- Ground truth verification of hyperspectral anomalies
- Structural mapping of identified alteration corridors
- Prioritization of drill targets based on integrated geological interpretation
