Warrant exercise price:  43 cents for a two-year period

Number of placees:  three placees

Finders' fees:  $30,160.64 plus 100,535 finder's warrants exercisable at 30 cents per share, payable to Aran Asset Management SA; $27,000 plus 90,000 finder's warrants exercisable at 30 cents per share, payable to Integral Wealth Securities Ltd.
