The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an acquisition agreement dated May 13, 2015, between Zimtu Capital Corp. and GTA Resources and Mining Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, GTA will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 47 claim units located in central Newfoundland.

As consideration, the company will pay Zimtu $3,055 and issue 1.2 million common shares.
