Yieldplus is expected to be merged with Mint Income Fund on or about March 22, 2017, making Yieldplus unitholders eligible for Mint's March distribution. Based on the current relative net asset values of Yieldplus and Mint, this is expected to represent an increase of approximately 15 per cent to Yieldplus unitholders.
