Mr. Robert Disbrow, an investor, reports

Robert Disbrow of 700, 200 Burrard St., Vancouver, B.C., has acquired exercise of control or direction over 250,000 common shares in the capital of Macusani Yellowcake Inc., representing approximately 0.16 per cent of Macusani's issued and outstanding common shares. The shares were acquired through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange for cash at nine cents per share, and the acquisition was made for investment purposes on behalf of the beneficial owner through a discretionary account over which Mr. Disbrow exercises control or direction. After this acquisition, Mr. Disbrow exercises control or direction over an aggregate 3,839,067 common shares in the capital of Macusani and owns 12,141,000 common shares for a total of 15,980,067 Macusani common shares or approximately 10.02 per cent of Macusani's issued and outstanding common shares. These securityholdings will be evaluated and the investments increased or decreased as circumstances warrant.
