YDREAMS GLOBAL PROPOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

YDreams Global Interactive Technologies Inc. is proposing a non-brokered private placement of up to $600,000. The private placement would consist of up to three million units at 20 cents each. Each unit would consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant exercisable at 25 cents for a period of two years. The offering is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
