The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Goldcorp Inc. has made an offer dated April 20, 2017, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Exeter Resource Corp. for 0.12 of a Goldcorp share per Exeter share held.

According to the TSX, the offer will expire at 5 p.m. Toronto time on May 26, 2017. Trades on May 26, 2017, will settle on May 30, 2017.
