As stated in Goldcorp's offer dated April 20, 2017, its notice of extension and variation dated May 26, 2017, and its notice of extension dated June 7, 2017, Goldcorp will issue 0.12 of a Goldcorp share for each Exeter share held. According to the TSX, trades on June 20, 2017, will settle on June 22, 2017.
