WANGTON CAPITAL CORP. ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE IDEAS THROUGH IRIS

By mutual agreement, the parties have terminated the share exchange agreement relating to Wangton Capital Corp.'s proposed acquisition of Ideas Through Iris SAS. The parties have determined not to proceed with the transaction as a result of current market conditions.
