WPT INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2014 DISTRIBUTION

WPT Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust's board of trustees has declared a cash distribution for the month of December, 2014, of 5.83 U.S. cents per unit. The distribution will be payable on Jan. 15, 2015, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 31, 2014.
