WINDFIRE NOT TO EXTEND DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

Further to the news release dated Dec. 11, 2014, Windfire Capital Corp. and Rosebud Production Inc. have mutually agreed not to extend the previously announced definitive agreement as a result of current market conditions in the medical marijuana space. The definitive agreement expired Friday, Feb. 13, 2015.

Windfire will revert back to trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as soon as possible in line with its current issuer status on the TSX-V. The company is continuing to search for new business development opportunities.

The company also reports that Robert Hall has resigned as a director of the company. The company thanks him for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
