West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd. shareholder Tysa Investments Inc. has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 200,000 West Fraser shares, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As in a Dec. 18, 2012, notice of intention, Tysa Investments plans to sell the shares on the TSX starting Dec. 27, 2012. Tysa Investments owns 2,177,363 shares and 833,066 Class B shares of West Fraser Timber.
