SVT CAPITAL CORP. AMENDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to its news release dated Aug. 22, 2016, SVT Capital Corp. has amended the terms of its private placement. The terms originally announced of one million units at 12 cents per unit for gross proceeds up to $120,000 have been amended to four million units at a price of 11 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $440,000.

Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant has also been amended entitling the holder to acquire on additional common share for a period of one year at a price of 12 cents to 14 cents.

Proceeds of the placement will be applied to the company's general working capital.

All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities law. The offering is subject to a number of conditions, including receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX.
