VODIS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTION

Vodis Pharmaceuticals Inc. has granted stock options to directors, officers and consultants to purchase up to a total of 5.15 million common shares, exercisable at a price of 26 cents per share, which is the closing price of the company's shares on Nov. 18, 2016, which is the date of grant. The stock options are exercisable for five years until Nov. 18, 2021.
