The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 15,236,557 shares to settle outstanding debt for $761,827.85.

Insider:  Zimtu Capital Corp., $675,234.12 owing, 13,504,682 shares at five cents

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
