The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants of Vivione Biosciences Inc.:

Private placement:

Number of warrants:  12 million

Expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 19, 2015 (unchanged)

Exercise price of warrants:  15.5 cents for a 30-day period

The warrants shall be exercisable at a price of 15.5 cents anticipated to be between May 6, 2015, and June 5, 2015, after which the price will revert back to the original 35 cents exercise price. These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 24 million shares with 12 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 23, 2013.
