The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 200,000 shares at a deemed price of five cents in consideration of certain services provided to the company for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2015, pursuant to a deferred share unit plan, effective Oct. 1, 2014.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
