ISSUANCE OF SHARES AND WARRANTS TO CANALASKA

Further to Northern Uranium Corp.'s news release dated Dec. 12, 2014, and pursuant to the terms of an option agreement signed with CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. dated Sept. 23, 2014, as amended, Northern Uranium has issued 2.5 million common shares and 1.25 million warrants to CanAlaska, with each warrant exercisable into a common shares of the company at an exercise price of five cents per share for a period of two years. These securities are issued in connection with the right to earn a 70-per-cent interest in a project. In order to complete the acquisition of the 70-per-cent interest, Northern Uranium must incur further expenditures of $2.8-million over the next two years.
