Umbral Energy Corp. has granted a total of 1.3 million incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and/or consultants under the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable at five cents per share and will expire Sept. 2, 2020. Following this grant of options, the company has 4,661,000 stock options outstanding.
