UC RESOURCES UNDERGOES MANAGEMENT CHANGE AND MOVES TO NEX

UC Resources Ltd.'s board of directors has accepted the appointment of Andrey Soloviev as president of the company, effective immediately. The company will add Mr. Soloviev to its board of directors in due course with the submission of his consent to act as a director and his personal information form for review as soon as possible. Gary Monaghan will remain as executive chairman and chief financial officer through the transition phase of the company.

Mr. Soloviev brings an opportunity in the pharmaceutical market that the company feels could turn the direction of the company. The company plans to move forward in this new direction, assuming it will receive shareholder approval as this transition takes place.

The company has accepted the resignation of Nicole Wood as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Directors Larry Faulk, Paul Bercier, Trent Blind and Lorne Roseborough will remain as directors until the new management team is selected and the transition that is required takes place.

The company announces that is being transferred from the TSX Venture Exchange to the NEX exchange. This will facilitate the beginning of a new direction for the company. The new symbol for the company postmove to NEX is UC.H.
