The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to a purchase agreement dated Feb. 10, 2015, pursuant to which Uragold Bay Resources Inc. will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in eight mining claims situated in Martinville in Quebec.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company must issue a total of 400,000 units. Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each common share purchase warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of seven cents per common share during a period of 36 months.
