TWEED MARIJUANA INC. PROVIDES FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING AGREEMENT WITH RENMARK FINANCIAL COMMUNICATIONS INC.

Tweed Marijuana Inc. is providing further information regarding the recently announced agreement with Renmark Financial Communications Inc.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will pay Renmark Financial a monthly retainer fee of $6,000 plus harmonized sales tax and any reasonable preapproved expenses for its professional services. The contract can be cancelled by either party, subject to 30 days written notice. The agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec.
