TWC ENTERPRISES LIMITED ANNOUNCES CANCELLATION OF DRIP AND STOCK OPTION PLAN

TWC Enterprises Ltd. has cancelled its shareholder dividend reinvestment plan as it was administratively inefficient due to few participants.

TWC has cancelled its stock option plan effective Nov. 10, 2014. The plan had been in existence for over 15 years, and, as of Nov. 9, 2014, there were no outstanding options.
