In connection with the qualifying transaction, the name of the company has been changed from Turquoise Capital Corp. to Five Star Diamond Ltd. The board of directors of the company approved the company's name change by resolution on April 13, 2017.

In conjunction with the completed qualifying transaction, the company has met the requirements to be listed as a TSX Venture Exchange Tier 1 company. Therefore, effective on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, the company's listing will transfer from the NEX to the TSX Venture Exchange, the company's tier classification will change from the NEX to Tier 1, and the filing and service office will change from the NEX to Toronto.
