TEN PEAKS COFFEE COMPANY REPORTS VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Ten Peaks Coffee Company Inc.'s director nominees listed in the information circular for its annual general meeting of shareholders held yesterday, were elected as directors of Ten Peaks. Voting results for individual directors elected were as shown in the attached table.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was appointed as auditor with 98-per-cent voting support.

In addition, the current company name is approved to be changed to Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Inc. (or such variation thereof as the directors of the company may by resolution so determine) with 97 per cent of voting support.
