Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Nov. 25, 2014, trading in the shares of Toro Oil & Gas Ltd. will remain halted pending receipt and review of acceptable documentation regarding the fundamental acquisition pursuant to TSX-V listings Policy 5.6(d) of the exchange policy.
