Tiger International Resources Inc. chief financial officer Joe Breslawski has exercised his 400,000 share options in the company. The effective date of the exercise was Sept. 27, 2014, but for technical reasons, the certificate was only recently issued and payment from the beneficiary received by the company. Tiger International Resources now has 9,746,914 common shares on issue, and, at this time, there are no incentive share options on issue. The company does not pay cash compensation to directors and officers, preferring to incentivize through the issuance of share options which encourages performance.

The company's annual general meeting will be held at the business office of the company at 26981 Highwood Circle, Laguna Hills, Calif., on Dec. 26, 2014, at 8 a.m.
