(ISS) and Glass Lewis & Co., two leading independent proxy advisory firms, have recommended that their institutional clients vote in favour of all the resolutions being considered at Trinidad Drilling Ltd.'s annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at 10 a.m. Mountain Time in Calgary, including a resolution to consider and, if deemed advisable, pass, with or without variation, an ordinary resolution ratifying and confirming the amended and restated bylaw No. 1 of Trinidad.
