TRANSATLANTIC MINING TO RECEIVE $500,000 FROM GNAWEEDA SALE AGREEMENT

Transatlantic Mining Corp. is providing the following update. Pursuant to the sale agreement with Doray Minerals on the sale agreement of Gnaweeda gold project, Transatlantic will receive $500,000 (Australian).

On July 24, Doray Minerals announced a maiden JORC resource in excess of 150,000 ounces. Under the sale agreement, this triggered a payment of $500,000 to Transatlantic.
