PACIFIC OPPORTUNITY CAPITAL INCREASES SHARE POSITION IN TARSIS RESOURCES LTD.
Between Jan. 1, 2015, and Feb. 27, 2015, the controlling shareholder of
Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd., Mark T. Brown, acquired ownership of and control over a total of 1,343,000 common shares of Tarsis Resources Ltd. in the public market with prices ranging from 2.5 cents to three cents per share.
The 1,343,000 common shares of the company acquired by Mr. Brown represent approximately 2.2 per cent (basic and diluted) of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company. Following the acquisition, the acquiror and its controlling shareholder together own and control 9,168,000 common shares, 3.9 million warrants and 650,000 options of the company, representing approximately 14.99 per cent (basic) and 20.88 per cent (partially diluted) of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company.
The acquiror and its controlling shareholder acquired the common shares for investment purposes. The acquiror and its controlling shareholder have no present intention to acquire ownership of, or control over, additional securities of the company, but may choose to acquire additional securities of the company in the future for investment purposes.
