The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amendment to a property purchase agreement dated July 4, 2012, between Tajiri Resources Corp. and Peter Fox, Donald Bragg and Barry Price whereby the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in certain mineral claims (the OGK property) located approximately 280 kilometres northwest of Prince George, in the Omineca mining division in British Columbia.

In lieu of the second-year cash payment of $25,000 due on July 31, 2014, the company will issue 500,000 common shares to the vendors.
