SYNODON ISSUES SHARES TO OFFICERS

Pursuant to agreements signed with Nimal Rodrigo (chief operating officer) and Deborah Rodrigo (chief financial officer), respectively, dated May 1, 2015, and as announced in a press release dated May 28, 2015, Synodon Inc. has issued 293,686 shares in lieu of cash remuneration for services rendered during the period from May 1, 2015, to Aug. 31, 2015. The shares were issued at a deemed price of 6.81 cents being the average of the closing price of the shares on the TSX Venture Exchange for the 20 days up to and including Aug. 31, 2015.
