NEW BOARD MEMBER TO JOIN SYMBILITY SOLUTIONS

Symbility Solutions Inc. is appointing Angela Grinstead to its board of directors.

Ms. Grinstead is currently the vice-president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary for CoreLogic, where she oversees the legal function for the international operations, as well as corporate transactions, securities and corporate governance matters of CoreLogic. Prior to joining CoreLogic in 2012, Ms. Grinstead was a senior associate at Latham & Watkins. Ms. Grinstead holds a bachelor of arts degree in French from Stetson University and a juris doctor from the University of Florida.

Symbility Solutions announces the resignation of CoreLogic's Tony Reisz from the board of directors. The management and board thank Mr. Reisz for his service as a director and wish him success in his future endeavours.
