Silverwillow Energy Corp. has filed its second quarter financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. In light of the progress made to date by the corporation in scaling back its operations to reduce expenses, as well as the potential interest of all shareholders of the corporation in any future initiatives that may be available to the corporation, the board of directors has dissolved its previously formed independent committee, which was formed to oversee its review process. The board intends to continue actively considering and evaluating potential initiatives as a complete board in the continuing financial review process.
