SANTA ROSA ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UNITS

Santa Rosa Resources Corp. is increasing the non-brokered private placement it announced on Nov. 10, 2014, to 909,091 units at 5.5 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $50,000. Each unit will consist of one share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at seven cents per share for one year from issue of the units. Proceeds of the offering will be used for general working capital.

The offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
