SEASIDE EXPLORATION PARTNERS CORP. QUALIFYING TRANSACTION UPDATE

Further to its press releases dated Dec. 13, 2017, and Dec. 22, 2017, Seaside Exploration Partners Corp. has filed a filing statement dated April 19, 2018, on SEDAR in connection with its proposed acquisition of DelphX Corp., a private company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices in Malvern, Pa.; Jersey City, N.J.; Hamilton, Bermuda and Waterloo, Ont., and a capital market services, data and blockchain technology provider dedicated to optimizing risk management and liquidity in the global credit market.

Additionally, the company has, in connection with the transaction, changed its name to DelphX Capital Markets Inc. Pursuant to the transaction, the company will issue common shares in the capital of the company to the holders of common shares in the capital of DelphX on the basis of one company share for each DelphX share. The transaction is an arm's-length transaction.

The transaction is expected to close on or around April 25, 2018, with trading in the company's shares recommencing on or around April 30, 2018, under the trading symbol DLPX.
