SPECTRA INC. REALIGNS EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Glen Campbell has resigned as a director and officer of Spectra Inc. and its subsidiary, Spectra Products Inc., effective Oct. 23, 2014. His Spectra responsibilities as chairman and chief financial officer will be assumed by Michael R. Faye, the current president of Spectra Products, while Mr. Campbell's roles of chairman and chief financial officer of Spectra Products will be fulfilled by Andrew Malion as chairman and Mr. Faye as chief financial officer.

Mr. Campbell will continue in a consulting capacity with both companies, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, as well working closely with the companies' auditors, assisting in the preparation of the annual audited financial statements. He will continue to prepare management reports, manage payroll activities, and monitor cash flow and accounts receivable.

Mr. Faye commented: "Mr. Campbell is considering retirement and has decided to reduce his corporate responsibilities. He has contributed significantly to the growth and success of both companies during the past seven years, and his executive talents have been greatly appreciated by the board of directors. We are very pleased that he will continue to provide critical administrative and financial reporting services to both companies for the next three years."
