STRIKE GRAPHITE HOLDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Strike Graphite Corp. shareholders passed all resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting held on June 27, 2013. The resolutions included:

• Election of Geoff Balderson, Blair Way, David Toyoda, Robert Findlay and Bruno Maruzzo to the board of directors;
• Appointment of BDO Canada LLP as auditor for the ensuing fiscal year;
• Ratification of the company's stock option plan;
• Consolidation of the company's common shares on a 10-old-for-one-new-share basis, or such lower ratio as the directors may determine.

The company intends to proceed with the consolidation in due course.

The directors have also appointed officers and audit committee members for the year as follows:

• Blair Way -- chief executive officer;
• Geoff Balderson -- president and chief financial officer;
• Carrie Cesarone -- secretary;
• Audit committee: Geoff Balderson, David Toyoda and Robert Findlay.
