The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement dated Nov. 24, 2017, between Saville Resources Inc. and Zimtu Capital Corp. Pursuant to the agreement, the company acquired the Covette property, Quebec, from Zimtu.

The consideration for the property is cash of $350,000.

Insider/pro group participation:  Mike Hodge is the president and director of the company, and he also has an employee relationship with Zimtu. Further, Zimtu is an insider of the company via its shareholdings.
