SUPERIOR PLUS ANNOUNCES MARCH 2015 CASH DIVIDEND

Superior Plus Corp. has declared its cash dividend for the month of March, 2015, of six cents per share payable on April 15, 2015. The record date is March 31, 2015, and the ex dividend date will be March 27, 2015. Superior's annualized cash dividend rate is currently 72 cents per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
