SHARC ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING ON OTC-QB

Sharc International Systems Inc. has started listing its shares on the OTCQB exchange commencing immediately. Sharc's new trading symbol in the United States is INTWD. Sharc's new trading symbol in Europe is IWIA.

Sharc looks forward to expanding its U.S. shareholder base through its upgrade to the OTCQB. The OTCQB will provide more efficient access for U.S. investors, while delivering greater transparency through high-quality information.

To be eligible for the OTCQB Venture Market, companies must be current in their reporting, undergo an annual verification and management certification process, and pass a minimum price bid test.

As the company moves into the commercialization, upgrading to the OTCQB will attract long-term U.S. investors, while strengthening Sharc's position as the world leader in waste water heat recovery technology.

The company would also like to announce the cancellation of 597,500 stock options and the issuance of 1,447,250 stock options at 44 cents for a period of one year to directors, management and employees.
