SILK ROAD VENTURES LTD. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Silk Road Ventures Ltd. has released the results of its annual general and special meeting. The shareholders approved all matters presented to them at the meeting.

The number of directors was fixed at three. Alisher Ali, Donald Gordon and Sylvia Saw McKaige were re-elected to the board of directors.

Manning Elliott LLP, chartered accountants, was reappointed as the auditor of the company.

The shareholders also approved the share consolidation using a ratio of one share for up to 10 shares and the continuation of the company from British Columbia into Cayman Islands under the name of Silk Road Finance Inc. or another name, as may be decided by the directors of the company.
