ISSUANCE OF STOCK OPTIONS

Stonehaven Exploration Ltd. has issued an aggregate of 506,850 options to purchase common shares of the company to certain directors, officers and employees in accordance with the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 50 cents per share and expire three years from the date of grant.
